Product Engineer

About the Role

We're hiring on behalf of a well-backed, early-stage startup building critical infrastructure for the AI ecosystem. Their platform gives engineering teams real-time visibility into how their AI agents behave in production — catching the silent failures that traditional monitoring tools miss entirely.

Your Focus

• Build and scale a product processing hundreds of millions of events per day
• Architect and implement robust, high-quality application infrastructure
• Iterate quickly without compromising on craft
• Develop a deep understanding of customer problems

Ideal Candidate

• Balances short-term delivery with long-term architectural thinking
• Proven experience scaling production applications
• Genuine interest in AI products and tooling
• Growth mindset — willing to do whatever it takes to solve hard problems
• Cares about building well-designed, well-crafted software
• Based in San Francisco, or willing to relocate (in-person required)
