Fresh off a Series A funding round, the company is rapidly expanding and building products that directly impact thousands of users. This is an opportunity to join a small, high-performing engineering team where you'll own meaningful product areas from customer conversations to production deployment.
What You Will Do
- Own products from customer discovery through design, development, deployment, and iteration
- Work directly with customers to understand operational challenges and translate feedback into production-ready software
- Build and ship high-quality full-stack applications using TypeScript and modern web technologies
- Partner closely with engineering, product, sales, and customer success teams to prioritize and deliver impactful features
- Design and improve complex workflow software including CRM, billing, dispatch, routing, and operational systems
- Leverage modern AI development tools to accelerate engineering productivity
- Maintain a high standard for product quality while shipping quickly in a startup environment
- Continuously improve customer workflows through thoughtful product and engineering decisions
Ideal Candidate Background
- 3+ years of experience building and shipping B2B SaaS products
- Strong full-stack development experience with TypeScript and JavaScript
- Experience owning products or major features from concept through launch
- Comfortable working directly with customers to understand requirements and validate solutions
- Proven ability to thrive in early-stage, fast-moving startup environments
- Strong product intuition and an eye for user experience and design quality
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams
Preferred
- Experience building vertical SaaS products
- Experience developing workflow software such as CRM, ERP, logistics, dispatch, billing, or operations platforms
- Familiarity with AI-assisted software development tools and modern engineering workflows
- Startup experience with significant product ownership
- Experience serving operational or blue-collar industries
Compensation and Benefits
