Job Description:
Responsible for the release of new and innovative IC based products into high volume production
Lead and participate in technical design reviews to help improve the manufacturability and testability of products under development
Improve the yields and profitability of existing products
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Interface with design groups on new product Introduction and design for manufacturability
Continuously improve manufacturing test processes
Liaise with foundry and packaging houses to ensure engineering and production targets are achieved.
Monitor and investigate any yield issues arising from any stage in the manufacturing and testing process
Manage and design new class of package
Support reliability team in new product qualification and failure analysis
