Microsoft Excel - Candidate should be able to analyze excel data to identify warranty patterns and trends. 2. CAD - Candidate should be able to use CAD to help root cause issues by loading related parts into CAD and viewing interfaces with applicable parts.

Design experience and problem solving in a manufacturing environment
