Create and oversee detailed project plans, including identifying key milestones, dependencies, and critical timelines. Develop and refine customer product designs using CAD software such as SolidWorks and Creo, including performing structural and flow analysis when required. Drive innovative product solutions by building strong relationships with new and existing customers to support business growth and revenue opportunities. Lead customer and internal project review meetings to communicate program status, budgets, schedules, and technical progress. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and serve as the primary point of leadership for all project-related activities. Identify project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies while proactively managing schedule, cost, and engineering change impacts. Ensure projects meet quality, cost, timing, durability, and performance expectations while maintaining strong customer satisfaction. Support the development of optimized product designs aligned with manufacturing capabilities and operational efficiency goals. Facilitate problem-solving efforts and help resolve technical or project-related challenges across teams. Partner with external resources and customers to support concept development, prototyping, and new application opportunities. Engage directly with customer engineering, production, and purchasing teams to understand application requirements and strengthen technical partnerships. Convert customer needs into innovative engineered solutions through the application of advanced composite technologies.
