Compensation: $35/HR
Responsibilities- Conduct laboratory experiments and perform technical procedures to support the development of materials for electronics applications.
- Assist with product development projects under the guidance of supervisors.
- Follow all laboratory safety procedures while maintaining strong laboratory practices and accurate documentation.
- Collect, analyze, and document experimental data using the Albert digital system.
- Communicate project progress, results, and observations promptly to supervisors.
- Support research activities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the laboratory.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, Polymer Science, or a related field.
- Previous laboratory experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Hands-on experience working with laboratory equipment, machines, and tools.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Self-motivated team player with a proactive, "can-do" attitude.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
