    Description

    Qualifications:

    1.5-10 years of design experience in a component or product development environment preferred.

    2.Experience designing consumer products preferred.

    3.Experience applying technologies to create products or subsystems as part of larger product design.

    4.Experience with CAD tools; 3D modeling and FEA experience preferred.

    5.Working knowledge of manufacturing processes.

    Main responsibilities:

    1.Execute product design steps following core engineering practices and discipline.

    2.Use project plan definitions to deliver solutions for critical success factors in a cross functional project management environment.

    3.Release design documentation via engineering data management tools; communicate product and component design requirements.

    4.Support product prototyping processes.

    5.Support product validation processes.

    7.Support and interact with customers in a field support capacity.
