Description for Product Development Coordinator:
- Assist with new furniture collection development and launches, maintaining accurate cost grids, product presentations, sample tracking, and launch timelines.
- Coordinate product development materials, finish swatches, and showroom logistics for upcoming product lines.
- Maintain meticulous project records, costing files, vendor dates, and product development schedules.
- Work closely with the Product Development Manager and internal operations teams to ensure production samples and prototypes remain strictly on schedule.
- Support customer pricing updates and organize promotional materials using office software tools.
Details for Product Development Coordinator:
- Pay Rate: $22.00 $26.00 / hour (Scaling cleanly based on Depth of Experience / DOE).
- Schedule: Monday Friday, Part-Time (Approximately 20 hours per week).
- Shift Hours: 4 hours per day (Exact daily shift window TBD).
- Location: Algona, WA facility.
- Position Type: Part-Time, long-term regional opportunity.
Requirements for Product Development Coordinator:
- Education/Experience: BA/BS degree from an accredited 4-year university OR equivalent professional experience in merchandising, sourcing, or product administration.
- Software Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Officespecifically Excel, Word, Outlook, and Publisherwith fast, accurate keyboarding skills.
- Detail-Oriented: Proven ability to manage multi-step project timelines, track vendor samples, and handle sensitive costing information with 100% accuracy.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
- Exceptional history of daily attendance, prompt punctuality, and professional reliability.
