Product Development Attorney - Houston

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking a Product Development Attorney for its in-house automotive documents development and compliance team.

Responsibilities:

• Research, draft, and revise automotive transactional documents (e.g., Retail Installment Sale Contracts, Lease Contracts, Buyer's Orders, Ancillary F&I documents) to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor and analyze legislation and regulations across 50+ jurisdictions and advise on their impact on product lines and services.
• Collaborate with internal teams, outside counsel, and industry leaders to align products with industry trends and compliance needs.
• Assist with the LAW® F&I Document Review program and other Reynold's family of products supporting dealership sales and finance processes.
• Draft summaries, articles, and presentations for internal and public distribution.
• Represent Reynolds and the LAW® brand at industry trade shows and conferences as needed.

Additional Information:

• Remote position with occasional travel to Dayton, OH or Houston, TX.
• Must have a dedicated workspace and reliable internet access.
