    Description

    An exclusive client of ours is currently looking to grow out their Commercial Product department and is seeking a Commercial Lines Product Development Analyst to support the development, enhancement, and management of commercial insurance products, with a focus on Businessowners (BOP), Commercial Property, and Workers' Compensation.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and product opportunities.
    • Develop and enhance product forms, rates, coverages, and underwriting guidelines.
    • Partner with underwriting, actuarial, compliance, claims, and IT teams to implement product changes.
    • Monitor product performance and recommend improvements to support growth and profitability.
    • Assist with regulatory filings, compliance reviews, and business requirements documentation.
    • Serve as a product resource for internal stakeholders.

    Qualifications:

    • 3+ years of experience in P&C insurance, product development, underwriting, or a related field.
    • Knowledge of Commercial Lines products, particularly BOP, Commercial Property, and Workers' Compensation.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
    • Experience working cross-functionally and supporting product implementation initiatives.
    • Bachelor's degree and industry designations (CPCU, ARM, etc.) are a plus.
    • Knowledge of insurance forms, rating methodologies, underwriting processes, and product design.
    • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
    • Experience gathering business requirements and collaborating with technology teams on system enhancements.
