· Share knowledge and expertise across the company to elevate colleagues, teams, and the broader community of practice

Must-Have Skills (Non-Negotiable):
· Experience working with core development teams
· Understanding of complex product release environments
· Experience working within design systems or a platform-based organization
· 7+ years of relevant design experience
· Experience developing frameworks and principles to standardize and guide cross-team work, and bringing product design from conception to launch with minimal supervision
· BA/BS degree or higher in Design, Design Communication, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent combination of education and experience
· Experience participating in the complete product development lifecycle of web and/or software applications
· Experience in user experience design or related industry experience (corporate, software, web, or agency)

Nice-to-Have / Trainable Skills:
· An inspiring portfolio demonstrating the ability to distill complex problems into elegant, holistic solutions based on human-centered design and research data
· Growth mindset with a track record of broadening areas of inquiry and learning
· Ability to articulate and champion design solutions based on human-centered design principles, influencing product experience strategy across a business unit or product line
