As a Senior Product Designer, you will partner with product managers, engineers, and key stakeholders to craft exceptional product experiences. You'll lead the end-to-end design journey, driving projects from early conceptual exploration all the way to launch.

As a Senior Product Designer, you will partner with product managers, engineers, and key stakeholders to craft exceptional product experiences. You'll lead the end-to-end design journey, driving projects from early conceptual exploration all the way to launch.
Your specific duties will include:
- Lead product design projects from problem definition through implementation.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, cross-domain designer peers, and stakeholders to define requirements and solve complex problems.
- Quickly build domain expertise and understand cross-functional and cross-product dependencies.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, visual designs, and implementation specifications for web products.
- Conduct and lead user research to support product discovery and usability.
- Partner with engineering to ensure quality, consistency, and effective use of design systems.
- Use agentic AI tools, including Cursor and Claude, thoughtfully to support research, exploration, design, and documentation.
- 4+ years of product design experience, preferably with B2B or SaaS products.
- Portfolio with 4+ case studies demonstrating end-to-end product design.
- Strong skills in UX, interaction, visual, and product design.
- Experience conducting and leading user research, discovery, and usability testing.
- Experience with design systems and collaboration with engineering and other designers.
- Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Cursor, Claude, prototyping platforms, and remote user testing tools.
- High school or equivalent.
