Description

As a Senior Product Designer, you will partner with product managers, engineers, and key stakeholders to craft exceptional product experiences. You'll lead the end-to-end design journey, driving projects from early conceptual exploration all the way to launch.

Your specific duties will include:
  • Lead product design projects from problem definition through implementation.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, cross-domain designer peers, and stakeholders to define requirements and solve complex problems.
  • Quickly build domain expertise and understand cross-functional and cross-product dependencies.
  • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, visual designs, and implementation specifications for web products.
  • Conduct and lead user research to support product discovery and usability.
  • Partner with engineering to ensure quality, consistency, and effective use of design systems.
  • Use agentic AI tools, including Cursor and Claude, thoughtfully to support research, exploration, design, and documentation.
Required qualifications for the position include:
  • 4+ years of product design experience, preferably with B2B or SaaS products.
  • Portfolio with 4+ case studies demonstrating end-to-end product design.
  • Strong skills in UX, interaction, visual, and product design.
  • Experience conducting and leading user research, discovery, and usability testing.
  • Experience with design systems and collaboration with engineering and other designers.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Cursor, Claude, prototyping platforms, and remote user testing tools.
  • High school or equivalent.
Pay Rate: $58.57 per hour.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
