Role:
Seeking a Product Designer with strong UX, interaction, visual/UI design, prototyping, and design-system experience to create intuitive digital/enterprise products. Must be comfortable working cross-functionally with Product Managers, Researchers, Engineers, Designers, and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate user needs, insights, and product requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Create polished, accessible interfaces with strong visual hierarchy, typography, layout, spacing, and interaction design.
- Design AI-powered/AI-assisted experiences and use AI tools for ideation, prototyping, content generation, and design efficiency.
- Use and contribute to design systems, reusable components, and patterns.
- Conduct/apply usability testing and iterate based on feedback.
- Present designs, explain design decisions, and collaborate with engineers on design specifications and implementation.
- Work effectively in Agile, cross-functional product teams.
Required Qualifications:
- 5–7 years of professional digital product/enterprise application design experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating Product Design, UX, Interaction Design, Visual/UI Design.
- Strong experience with Figma and modern prototyping tools.
- Experience with user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Experience with design systems and reusable components.
- Experience designing AI-enabled/AI-assisted experiences and using AI design tools.
- Experience with usability testing.
- Strong communication, presentation, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, Computer Science, related field, or equivalent experience.
