Job Summary:
We are seeking a senior-level Product Designer to focus on customer-facing risk within the fintech space. This role requires a strategic thinker capable of navigating complex user journeys and regulatory landscapes. You will be responsible for the end-to-end design of critical customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design multi-step customer journeys for risk-related scenarios.
  • Develop scalable design systems and patterns across product areas.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams.
  • Advocate for user needs while balancing business and compliance goals.
  • Translate ambiguous problems into clear design solutions.

Must-Have Skills:
  • Portfolio demonstrating shipped, measurable outcomes.
  • Experience in regulated domains like fintech, banking, or healthcare.
  • Ability to work independently and drive design vision.

Industry Experience:
  • Experience in enterprise fintech or comparably regulated domains is required for this role.
