Education and Experience:
- Bachelors Degree in Graphic Designer
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer: Titles: Product Designer, Designer, UX Designer
- Experience with no code tools.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Job Responsibilities:
- Proactively raise the UX bar by identifying friction, inconsistencies, and opportunities across the product, and driving improvements from idea to launch.
- Build and evolve Retell's design system, setting standards for consistency, scalability, and craftsmanship as the product and team grow.
- Hold a high bar for craft and quality, sweating the details and refusing to compromise on clarity, usability, or polish.
- Influence product direction through design, contributing strong opinions, clear rationale, and taste-driven decisions that shape what we build next.
