About the Role
We're partnering with an innovative organisation that is investing heavily in AI-driven products, automation, and next-generation digital experiences.
This is an opportunity for a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to help shape complex web-based platforms and AI-enabled solutions used by both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Working alongside Product Managers, Engineers, and business leaders, you'll help define product strategy, design intuitive workflows, and create user experiences that simplify complex business problems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process from discovery through delivery.
- Design user journeys, workflows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity user interfaces.
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders to influence product direction and roadmap decisions.
- Create and maintain scalable design systems and reusable component libraries.
- Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to improve design workflows and product development processes.
- Translate complex business requirements into intuitive and engaging user experiences.
- Use research, analytics, and user feedback to drive design decisions.
- Champion accessibility, usability, and best-practice design principles across products.
Required Experience
- 5+ years of Product Design, UX Design, or Digital Product Design experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating ownership of complex web-based products from concept through launch.
- Experience designing enterprise software, SaaS platforms, data-intensive applications, or workflow-based products.
- Advanced Figma skills including components, variants, auto-layouts, prototyping, and design systems.
- Strong understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards.
- Experience collaborating in agile product development environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working on AI-powered products, automation tools, or emerging technologies.
- Exposure to financial services, fintech, enterprise software, analytics platforms, or regulated industries.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or React.
- Experience designing complex workflows and data-rich applications.
