Key Responsibilities<\/b>

•  <\/span>Product Design & Development
<\/div>
•  <\/span>Collaborate with industrial designers and marketing teams to align design with brand identity
<\/div>
•  <\/span>Optimize product ergonomics, usability, and manufacturability
<\/div>
•  <\/span>Specification Management
<\/div>
•  <\/span>Define & document product specifications including weight, dimensions, materials, & tolerances.
<\/div>
•  <\/span>Maintain specification databases and version control
<\/div>
•  <\/span>Testing & Validation
<\/div>
•  <\/span>Conduct physical tests for weight, dimensions, drop resistance, compression, and environmental durability
<\/div>
•  <\/span>Analyze test results and recommend design changes
<\/div>
•  <\/span>Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., ASTM, ISO)
<\/div>

Requirements<\/h3>

Experience<\/b>
<\/p>

·  <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>1 -2 years in CPG product development or related field.
<\/p>

Qualification<\/b>
<\/p>

·  <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Bachelor’s in mechanical engineering, Industrial Design, or related field.
<\/p>

Skills<\/b>
<\/p>

 <\/span>
<\/p>

·  M<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>easurement tools, testing rigs.
<\/p>

·  <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Ability to interpret test data and optimize product performance.
<\/p>

Strong written and verbal skills for documentation and team collaboration.<\/span><\/span>

Benefits<\/h3>

·  <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>$40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
<\/p>

·  <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>401K plan: After 12 months of joining and when meet all eligibility criteria. Employees can start using vacation days after 90 days from joining.
<\/p>

40 hours (1 week): Vacation days will be earned based on pro rata basis effective upon joining.<\/span><\/span>
