Description:
A global athletic brand is looking for a Product Line Manager to join the WNBA/NBA Apparel product creation team. In this role, you will lead the creation of NBA/WNBA uniforms and partner across the product management team to create compelling concepts. You will be responsible for gathering insights, building and briefing product strategies, working with the NBA league office and teams to understand their needs, managing the product creation process, and pitching product to internal partners, external partners, and athletes. You will manage uniform product creation that serves athletes on the court and consumers off the court. This role requires a strong passion for apparel, leading teams, and the ability to navigate and thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment.

Requirements for the role:
5+ years of experience in product management, merchandising, or similar consumer-oriented role for apparel
Bachelor's degree in Business, Product Development, Sports Product Management, or a related field (or suitable combination of education, experience, and training)
Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to lead and influence a team and enable collaborative working relationships
Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a diverse group
Attention to detail and proven record of delivery against deadlines
Proficiency in Excel, SmartSheets, and Visual Tool Creation (PowerPoint/Keynote/Miro)
Creativity and passion for product, consumers, lifestyle fashion/trend, sport, color, and style
Ability to drive challenging conversations with external partners
Domestic and international travel (limited international) required approximately 10%
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Product Development, Sports Product Management, or a related field
Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training
5+ years of relevant experience in product management, merchandising, or similar consumer-oriented role
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):
Brand collaboration experience with apparel and footwear (open to other products)
Has a leadership presence can influence and guide diverse groups of people
MMX understanding is a bonus
Previous industry experience (preferred)
