Introduction
We are looking for a talented and creative individual to join our team as a Footwear Color Designer 3. This role will focus on product design and development, specifically in the realm of footwear color design. You will be part of a dynamic team working on exciting projects with a global brand.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in color design for footwear.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing color storytelling, moodboards, and context for color choices.
- Knowledge of sneaker culture and consumer trends, with experience using consumer insight data for decision-making.
- Experience with sportswear, lifestyle, or streetwear narratives.
- Prior work experience in the client's industry.
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience managing color product journeys and creating original color stories for seasonal lines.
- Ability to manage communications between cross-functional teams.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the JRD Design CMCS and Streetwear Icons teams to develop innovative color designs.
- Work closely with the Global Jordan team to align color stories with brand narratives.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions to drive creative solutions.
