Introduction
We are seeking an Expert Designer for basketball footwear design and development, responsible for creating performance footwear for a leading brand. This role involves working with a cross-functional team to elevate the performance and style of basketball footwear.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- At least 10 years of experience designing and developing innovative footwear products
- Expert-level graphic design skills, including ideation, design development, specification, and final execution
- Proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator
- Experience working across multiple timelines and levels of complexity
- Prior work experience in the client's industry
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
- Cobbling and prototyping skills are a plus
- 3D design program experience is a plus
- Strong sketching, illustration, and rendering skills
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Collaborate daily with Materials Design, Color Design, and Graphic Design teams
- Create concepts reviewed by the Design Leadership Team
- Lead the cross-functional team to maintain a clear and holistic design point of view
