Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers, technical consulting, product management, or solution architecture and project management in a customer-facing role.
Experience in building proof-of-concepts using web/scripting technologies (e.g., JavaScript, Python, etc.) and SQL databases.
Preferred qualifications:
Master"s degree in a technical field.
Experience in an online advertising/customer growth role and familiarity with the ad serving industry and internet technologies.
Practical experience configuring, querying, or troubleshooting CRM architectures (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or custom internal backends).
Ability to absorb complex technical concepts and communicate them to a non-technical audience effectively.
Ability to work independently and to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with effective problem-solving, investigative, and project management skills.
Demonstrated coding ability with Java or Python, and database knowledge with the ability to construct complex SQL queries.

gTech Ads is responsible for all support and media and technical services for customers big and small across our entire Ad products stack. We help our customers get the most out of our Ad and Publisher products and guide them when they need help. We provide a range of services from enabling better self help and in-product support, to providing better support through interactions, setting up accounts and implementing ad campaigns, and providing media solutions for customers business and marketing needs and providing complex technical and measurement solutions along with consultative support for our large customers. These solutions range from bespoke and customized ones for our customers to scalable support for millions of customers worldwide. Based on the evolving needs of our ads customers, we partner with Sales, Product and Engineering teams within Google to develop better solutions, tools, and services to improve our products and enhance our client experience. As a cross-functional and global team, we ensure our customers get the best return on investment with Google and we remain a trusted partner.
As a Product Deployment Engineer, you will be a key advisor to Google's customers and serve as the definitive regional service authority for a specific product area. You will be a bridge between what a customer wants and what gTech Ads has to offer within a specific product area, whether via the standing menu of service or our gTech Ads engineering capabilities. You will have strong customer engagement skills, and the ability to translate customer needs into scalable product strategies. You will develop high quality technical-product specifications that address complex business issues.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $152000 - $221000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
