Pay Range: $71/hr -$75/hr (W2)

Job Description

We are seeking a Product Delivery Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in project planning, execution, and governance across Waterfall and Agile methodologies and a proven ability to deliver complex programs on time, within scope, and within budget while managing risks and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project execution from initiation through closure with clear governance and controls.
• Develop project charters, business cases, work breakdown structures, and critical paths.
• Estimate tasks, schedule resources, and manage budgets and forecasts.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues with defined response plans.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in project task estimation, resource scheduling, and financial management.
• Demonstrated strength in risk and issue management and benefits realization.
• Effective stakeholder management and executive communications for senior leadership.
• Experience with Waterfall and Agile delivery methods, including Scrum or Kanban.

Preferred Skills:

• Advanced proficiency with project portfolio tools and MS Project or equivalent.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications.
