Description

IDR is seeking a Product Delivery Manager to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Dallas, Texas. In this role, you will lead delivery across multiple Agile product engineering teams supporting large-scale enterprise digital initiatives within a consulting and professional services environment. You’ll partner closely with product and engineering leaders to drive execution, remove roadblocks, and ensure outcomes are delivered with quality and predictability.

**Position Overview for the Product Delivery Manager **:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery across two or more cross-functional Agile product engineering teams
  • Own delivery planning, milestones, dependencies, risks, and metrics to ensure predictable execution
  • Drive prioritization and backlog execution in partnership with product leadership and key stakeholders
  • Provide executive-ready status reporting and facilitate alignment across Product, Engineering, QA, UX, PMO, and Architecture
  • Mentor technical leads and promote strong engineering delivery practices and continuous improvement

Requirements for the Product Delivery Manager :

  • 5+ years leading complex enterprise technology delivery initiatives in product, engineering leadership, or technical lead capacities
  • Strong technical fluency with Java/Spring Boot, including the ability to read and understand code and technical documentation
  • Experience delivering microservices-based solutions and REST APIs within modern SDLC practices
  • Proven ability to lead multiple Agile teams using methodologies such as Agile, Kanban, or SAFe, including managing inter-team dependencies
  • Strong stakeholder and executive communication skills, with experience managing risks, milestones, and delivery governance
