Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Providing Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) input to project/program plans and deliverables, the Senior Advanced Integrated Logistics Support Specialist will have the opportunity to help our nations heroes make a true impact. Youll define, review and analyze system requirements for enhancements/modifications for supportability. Well depend on you to manage members of the ILS staff in support of projects/programs. In this role youll support other disciplines for program/project resolutions/enhancements. Its a challenge that will put your talent in the spotlight.

• Coordinate with engineering, SMEs, and instructional designers
• Manage budgets, schedules, risks, and deliverables across multiple efforts

What you bring to the table:

• Bachelors degree in Logistics, Management or Engineering, a related specialized area or field (or equivalent experience) plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
• Demonstrates very strong leadership capability consistent with a team-based work environment
• Exceptional expertise in six or more of the ILS elements
• Seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of area of specialization; solves a wide range of issues in creative ways

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in project or product leadership roles
• Familiarity with SSBN/SSGN or similar defense programs preferred

Combined Salary Range

USD $119,087.00 - USD $128,856.00 /Yr.
