This role sits at the intersection of engineering and compliance, supporting classification and export determinations for a wide range of aerospace technologies. You will work directly with engineers to evaluate technical data (drawings, BOMs, software, systems) and determine appropriate classifications under EAR and ITAR regulations.
This is a fast-paced, high-visibility role where priorities shift quickly and decisions matter. You will not be limited to a single program or function instead, you will operate across the enterprise, supporting diverse engineering domains and global stakeholders.

What You ll Do
" Perform export classifications (ECCN/ITAR) for aerospace technical data including drawings, materials, source code and engineering systems
" Partner directly with engineers to evaluate data, challenge assumptions and guide compliant decisions
" Support corporate investigations and compliance risk assessments
" Contribute to and improve export decision guides internal processes
" Navigate ambiguity balancing regulatory compliance with business needs
" Operate in a high-volume, fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly
" Collaborate with Global Trade Control and Legal teams on complex or high-risk cases

Education: AA degree in related discipline and typically 6 or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
