    The Product Commercialization Manager is an essential position within the Advanced Solutions Group, responsible for supporting documentation, system configuration, and asset control throughout the product lifecycle. This role ensures accurate setup, compliance, and coordination across sourcing, IT, pricing, and commercial functions. The PCM plays a hands-on role in maintaining documentation, configuring catalog items, managing version control, and preparing support structures to enable smooth transition from product pilot to scale.

    What You'll Do:

    • Product Launch Enablement and Support Structure Coordination

    • Ensure appropriate helpdesk and support mechanisms are defined and in place at product launch

    • Coordinate with Advanced Solutions & business unit solution owners to prepare internal documentation, escalation paths, and FAQs in coordination with support teams

    • Create sales enablement battle cards and operational playbooks in collaboration with solution owners

    • Act as a central coordination point between sourcing, IT, sales enablement, and product teams to ensure cross-functional alignment

    • Product Data and Documentation Governance

    • Maintain version control and organization of key documents (MSAs, IT records, security documentation)

    • Ensure all documentation is accessible, current, and compliant with internal standards

    • Coordinate product specification documents with sourcing and product teams to ensure accuracy and operational alignment

    • Manage versioning and accuracy of sales and marketing materials in the internal knowledge base

    • Support product transitions (new introductions, updates, retirements) by coordinating necessary system and documentation updates

    • System Configuration and Catalog Readiness

    • Collaborate with business owners to ensure accurate catalog class and pricing structures in RentalMan (RM)

    • Validate catalog setups and system inputs required for product launches

    • Program Support

    • Assist with community management, including creating content related to Worksite Performance Solutions and ensuring questions are answered by SMEs or DCS.

    • Support Digital Customer Success Office Hours program by coordinating with solution owners and CS Ops to plan agendas and ensure content is prepared

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree, or a related/equivalent work experience

    • Experience in product lifecycle support, documentation management, sales enablement content creation, or operations coordination

    • Familiarity with RentalMan (RM), content management platforms, or PLM tools

    • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and coordination skills

    • Effective written and verbal communication abilities

    • Background in construction, equipment rental, or industrial solutions preferred

    • Proficiency in documentation version control and governance practices

    • Team-oriented with strong cross-functional communication skills

    • Problem-solving mindset with a process improvement orientation

    • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, evolving environment

    • Limited Travel (about 20%<)
