Product Change Manager
Location: East Hanover, NJ
Pay Rate: $42.25–$45.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST
Hours: 40 hours per week
Position Summary
We are seeking a Product Change Manager (PCM) to support Tate’s Bake Shop commercialization projects. This role is responsible for coordinating product and packaging changes from project initiation through launch.
The Product Change Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Supply Chain, Sales, Quality, Marketing, and Regulatory, to keep projects on schedule, manage risks, and ensure successful execution.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage commercialization projects from initiation through completion.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate the stage-gate process and prepare required project documentation.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
  • Coordinate activities across R&D, Supply Chain, Sales, Quality, Marketing, and Regulatory teams.
  • Lead project status and stage-gate meetings.
  • Communicate project updates, risks, issues, and next steps to stakeholders.
  • Identify project risks and proactively develop solutions.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and data.
  • Manage project budgets, resources, and utilization.
  • Identify opportunities to improve project processes and execution.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, project execution, product commercialization, or a related area.
  • Experience within FMCG, CPG, or a related industry preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Food Science, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of project management processes and tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to identify project dependencies and potential risks.
  • Proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • PMP certification.
  • Experience with Microsoft Project.
  • CPG industry experience.
