Product Builder III

Key Skills / Requirements:

• Strong manufacturing/production assembly experience.
• Advanced knowledge of product assembly, quality inspection, documentation, and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with MPs (Manufacturing Procedures) and WIs (Work Instructions).
• Ability to use measuring instruments, microscope, hand tools, and computer systems.
• Good knowledge of component identification and documentation requirements.
• 1–2 years of leadership experience required; ability to lead/influence without direct authority.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and initiative.
• High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years related experience OR mastered Product Builder III skills for at least 6 months.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 35 lbs.
• Must be flexible for overtime, including occasional Saturdays.
• 2nd-shift onsite availability required.
