Position: Product Assemblers (40 OPENINGS)

Location: Pennsauken, New Jersey (100% Onsite)

Pay Rate: $20/hr.

Start Date: November 9th

Hours: Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM-4:30 PM

MUST HAVES:

• Authorized to work in the US | High School Diploma | Steel-Toed Boots
• Hands on: disassembly, repair, reassembly, testing, and quality verification of returned products

Role Overview

An established organization is seeking dedicated associates to join the assembly project team in Pennsauken, New Jersey. Selected candidates will participate in a short-term project focused on the disassembly, repair, reassembly, testing, and quality verification of products. This position operates on a regular daytime schedule from Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The project is anticipated to last approximately two to three months, offering a consistent schedule in a climate-controlled warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform disassembly, repair, and reassembly of returned products according to established guidelines.
• Conduct product testing and quality verification to ensure compliance with operational standards.
• Utilize manual dexterity to work efficiently with small components and hardware.
• Execute repetitive assembly-related tasks with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with internal engineering, research and development, and quality teams during onboarding and daily operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in accordance with warehouse safety regulations.
• Adhere to standardized shift schedules, including designated breaks and lunch periods.

Required Qualifications

Experience: Previous experience in assembly, warehouse operations, or manufacturing environments is preferred. Candidates must demonstrate reliability, consistent attendance, and the ability to perform repetitive manual tasks.

Technical Skills: Strong manual dexterity is required to handle small components and screws. The ability to lift objects weighing under 10 pounds is necessary.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working in packaging or assembly in a warehouse environment.
• Familiarity with product testing and quality assurance protocols.

Work Environment & Safety

This position operates in a climate-controlled warehouse environment with standardized breaks and lunch periods. Safety vest equipment will be provided to all associates. Closed-toe shoes are required at all times within the warehouse facility. Due to the nature of the assembly work, long fingernails are not permitted. Comprehensive safety training and onboarding support will be provided to ensure all team members are fully prepared for daily operations. You must be able to stand for long periods of time.
