Your Role
Akkodis is seeking a Product Architect for a Contract with a client in Chicago, IL. The ideal candidate is responsible for designing secure workforce identity and access management solutions while driving authentication, authorization, governance, and Zero Trust security initiatives.
Rate Range: $60/hour to $68/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Product Architect Job Responsibilities include:
Design and develop secure Identity, Authentication, and Authorization (IAA) architectures aligned with Zero Trust, least privilege, and industry security standards.
Provide technical leadership and consultation on IAM solutions, including SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, Passwordless Authentication, RBAC, and Privileged Access Management.
Architect and implement identity security solutions using Entra ID, Azure, AWS, Okta, PingFederate, and identity governance platforms.
Collaborate with business, security, and technology teams to review solution designs, assess risks, and ensure compliance with regulatory and security requirements.
Define IAM roadmaps, security controls, and governance frameworks while supporting cloud and hybrid identity transformation initiatives.
Apply threat modeling, identity governance, entitlement management, and cloud security best practices to protect enterprise applications, data, and workforce identities.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM), Cybersecurity Architecture, and Cloud Security.
Deep expertise in Entra ID (Azure AD), OAuth, OIDC, SAML, SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, Identity Federation, and Identity Governance.
Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise IAM and Zero Trust security architectures across Azure, AWS, M365, Okta, and hybrid cloud environments.

Pay Details: $60.00 to $68.00 per hour
