Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Analyst to join our dynamic product team. As a Product Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the organization working with development, client success, support, implementation, sales and clients to solve problems.

Please note: We are not considering candidates who require visa sponsorship for this position. This is a budgetary decision and due to the significant talent available currently who do not require such sponsorship.

Hybrid Work Policy: The candidate is required to come into the Plano, TX office at least 3x per week.

Responsibilities

  • You will be involved in every stage of the product management lifecycle, including:
  • Researching market problems
  • Prioritizing the problems to solve
  • Designing solutions to the problems
  • Delivering the solutions to marketing by working closely with an agile development team that is developing your solutions.
  • Driving the adoption of your solutions by measuring adoption and usability.
  • We care deeply for our clients and their citizens. Therefore, learning who are users are and having empathy for them is important.
  • Each courts market has unique requirements. Our suite of products is designed to serve the needs of all courts, so your designs must allow for flexibility and extensibility.
  • Our systems handle all types of court cases (Civil, Domestic, Criminal, etc.), so you will need to learn about the varying business implications of each, including the nuances of how our software is used by the clerks of the court, self-represented litigants, and attorneys.
  • Cloud technology is driving a dramatic acceleration of innovation in software solutions. While you don't necessarily need to know the underlying details of the cloud, an awareness of the trends and new capabilities will help you succeed in your quest to innovate.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree Computer Sciences, Management Information Science, or Business. Equivalent work experience may substitute for degree requirement.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in software or related experience including but not limited to writing and documenting client specifications.
  • Experience using Agile SCRUM development processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the full software development lifecycle and associated methodologies helpful.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills involving the ability to manage multiple work tasks effectively.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills involving communicating technical and non-technical information in writing and verbally.
  • Basic knowledge and experience with data modeling, relational databases concepts, and understanding SQL queries is helpful.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate in a team as well as across functional groups.
  • Ability to be effective in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to travel occasionally if requested.
  • Required to undergo and satisfactorily pass a fingerprint background check in accordance with CJIS requirements.
