Position Summary

Join a Deloitte project team supporting artificial intelligence (AI) product initiatives for a client environment in the healthcare or regulated-industry space. This role focuses on product analysis and delivery support for AI, machine learning (ML), and Generative AI solutions, including conversational AI and large language model (LLM)-based products. The professional in this role will help translate business needs into clear product requirements, support agile delivery activities, and contribute to product quality and performance measurement.

Work you'll do

The service you will provide the Deloitte project team as a Product Analyst Contractor will include:

• Support product activities for AI, ML, and Generative AI solutions, including conversational AI and LLM-based use cases
• Document product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering and business use
• Support backlog refinement and scrum activities across product, engineering, design, and business teams
• Track product success metrics and review evaluation and quality data to inform updates
• Contribute to product efforts involving Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Vertex AI, Contact Center AI (CCAI), or similar cloud-based AI tools

Qualifications

Required:

• 3+ years of experience in product analysis, product support, or product delivery
• 3+ years of experience supporting AI, ML, or Generative AI products
• Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria in an agile delivery environment
• Experience supporting scrum ceremonies and backlog refinement
• Experience defining or tracking product success metrics and evaluation data
• Experience in healthcare or another regulated industry
• Ability to work onsite in the New York City, NY area 3 days per week

Preferred:

• Experience supporting conversational AI or LLM-based products
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Vertex AI, or Contact Center AI (CCAI)
• Experience partnering with engineering, design, and business stakeholders
• Experience supporting product delivery in a client-facing environment

The expected pay range for this contract assignment is $60 - $65 per hour.  The exact pay rate will vary based on skills, experience, and location and will be determined by the third-party whose employees provide services to Deloitte.
