Description

Kforce has a client in Chicago, IL that is seeking a Product Analyst to support strategic initiatives related to customer identity, authentication, and digital access management. This role will partner with product, engineering, security, and business teams to define requirements, improve customer experiences, and support the delivery of scalable identity solutions across digital platforms. Responsibilities:
  • Partner with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine functional and non-functional requirements
  • Translate business objectives into epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation
  • Evaluate customer authentication and account management experiences to identify enhancement opportunities
  • Document end-to-end customer journeys involving account creation, sign-in, credential recovery, profile management, and identity verification
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, QA, and delivery teams to ensure requirements are understood and executed effectively
  • Assist in prioritization activities, backlog refinement sessions, and release planning efforts
  • Track project activities, dependencies, and risks while providing visibility to stakeholders
  • Support testing efforts by validating business requirements and assisting with user acceptance activities
  • Develop documentation, training materials, and knowledge-sharing resources for operational and business teams
  • Conduct research and data analysis to support product decisions and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related discipline
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Analysis, Business Analysis, Product Ownership, or a similar role
  • Experience supporting customer-facing digital products and identity-related initiatives
  • Understanding of modern authentication, access management, and identity concepts
  • Familiarity with authentication standards such as OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and SAML
  • Knowledge of identity provider platforms, multifactor authentication strategies, and customer account security principles
  • Ability to analyze data sets, identify trends, and support decision-making through research and reporting
  • Experience working with tools such as SQL, Splunk, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
