Producer for our Direct client requirement
TITLE: Producer LOCATION: San Bruno, CA DURATION: 6+ months Rate: DOE
Job Description:- The Producer / Project Manager is responsible for managing the execution of Internet-related projects from concept through development and delivery.
- 3-7 years experience as a PM specifically at digital agencies
- Coordinates cross-functional teams (marketing, site merchandising, design, copywriting, content management, etc.) in order to ensure completion of digital creative projects
- Provides expert advice and guidance to others on creative and production best practices; supports and aligns efforts to meet creative objectives, as well as meet customer and business needs
- Enhances the productivity of the Creative team through process assessment, refinement and change management
- Reviews SOWs and processes them for projects that require agency development
- Works with third party suppliers to align timelines and deliverables for sponsored content creation
- Troubleshoots content management tools and escalates to Ektron (3rd party provider ) support team as needed
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- Excellent soft skills (influencing and communication and leadership) and proven relationship-building skills
- Thrives, excels and remains calm in an extremely fast-paced and high-volume production environment
- 4 years as a project manager, coordinator or in a related role.
- 3 years managing cross-functional teams.
- 2 years managing vendor contracts and relationships.
- 2 years CMS experience
- 1 year in digital creative or related field.
- 1 year in retail environment is a plus
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
