Title: Producer IV

Location: Culver City, CA (Hybrid)

Schedule: 40 Hours/Week, Monday-Friday

Contract Length: 9 months with possible extension

Compensation: $89.69/hr W2

About The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Producer IV with a strong background in mobile gaming, product management, and game development. In this role, you will partner directly with game development studios to help improve player experiences, optimize gameplay, and support successful game launches and updates.

The ideal candidate combines a passion for games with strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management skills, and experience making data-driven product decisions. This position works cross-functionally with both internal teams and external development partners to deliver engaging mobile gaming experiences.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Partner directly with game development studios to provide product and gameplay feedback.
  • Use player data, analytics, and KPIs to drive game improvements and inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to prioritize updates and enhancements.
  • Review player onboarding experiences and identify opportunities to improve engagement and retention.
  • Manage multiple projects, timelines, and game updates simultaneously.
  • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams.
  • Monitor game performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Support game launches, content updates, and ongoing live-service operations.

Education and Experience Required:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Game Production, Game Design, or related mobile gaming roles.
  • Experience launching and maintaining products on major mobile app platforms.
  • Proven track record of making data-driven product or game design decisions.
  • Experience working directly with external development partners or studios.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Mobile gaming industry experience.
  • Product Management or Game Producer experience.
  • Strong understanding of game development lifecycles.
  • Game analytics and KPI analysis.
  • Data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience with releases and post-launch support.
  • Stakeholder and relationship management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Project management and organizational skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Experience using project management and collaboration tools.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience with player onboarding, tutorials, and first-time user experiences (FTUE).
  • Background in game design or gameplay systems.
  • Live-service or Live Ops experience.
  • Experience improving player retention and engagement metrics.
  • Familiarity with Airtable, Quip, Keynote, Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
  • Experience balancing competing priorities across multiple game titles.
  • Passion for gaming and knowledge of current mobile gaming trends.
  • Experience working with external publishers or development studios.
