Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 7 years of experience in a product management or game design-adjacent role in the mobile games space
- Proven track record of data-backed game design decision-making
- Intimately familiar with the game development process, including releasing and maintaining products on the App Store
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Outstanding desktop computer skills and familiarity with standard Project Management tools such as Excel, Airtable, Quip, Keynote, and others
- Prior work experience at the company or in the company's industry

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience working directly on game design features, especially player onboarding flows
- Uncompromising attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities across various information sources
- Regular gamer, particularly in mobile games, with opinions on what makes great games and a list of pending games to finish
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Partner directly with top studios to guide game improvements
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather insights and help developers enhance the early moments of their games
- Manage multiple game updates, juggle competing priorities, and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
