Location: Hybrid from Culver City, CA

Introduction: 

Join a dynamic and innovative team at a leading family-friendly subscription gaming service on the App Store. Our platform features 150 games with no ads or in-app purchases, available across iPhone, iPad, Mac, TV, and Vision Pro. Work in a highly-energized environment with creative individuals, providing extraordinary support and representing the company as the face of our gaming service for development partners.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 7 years of experience in a product management or game design-adjacent role in the mobile games space
  • Proven track record of data-backed game design decision-making
  • Intimately familiar with the game development process, including releasing and maintaining products on the App Store
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Outstanding desktop computer skills and familiarity with standard Project Management tools such as Excel, Airtable, Quip, Keynote, and others
  • Prior work experience at the company or in the company's industry

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience working directly on game design features, especially player onboarding flows
  • Uncompromising attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities across various information sources
  • Regular gamer, particularly in mobile games, with opinions on what makes great games and a list of pending games to finish


Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Partner directly with top studios to guide game improvements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather insights and help developers enhance the early moments of their games
  • Manage multiple game updates, juggle competing priorities, and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
