Producer and Director (Video Production)

Contingent upon contract award. Full-time, 100% on site at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, Bethesda, MD. Monday–Friday, 0800–1630, with occasional support outside normal duty hours during contingencies or exercises. Public Trust (Tier 2) background check and CAC required.

Claxton Logistics is hiring a Producer/Director to lead Walter Reed’s video: command messages, patient stories, education, events and social shorts. You will own every phase from script and consent through filming, editing, color, captions and delivery, working in clinical spaces under privacy and infection-control rules. Equipment and software are Government-furnished.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in film, video production, communications or related
• 5+ years of professional video, with a showreel
• Premiere Pro or Final Cut, After Effects and color grading
• Camera, audio and lighting
• Sensitive interviews in healthcare or a comparable regulated setting
• HIPAA/PHI knowledge

Preferred Qualifications

• DoD visual information (VIRIN, DVIDS)
• Captioning and Section 508
