Summary/Objective
This position maintains produce sales floor, back of house product and supports the Produce Team Leader in breaking down deliveries. Ensures a positive company image by providing courteous, friendly and efficient guest service to Guests and Team Members.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensures a fresh and appealing display by rotating, stocking, checking signage and removing out of date products
- Assist Team Leader in breaking down deliveries
- Deliver outstanding guest service
- Follow through on all guest questions, requests and resolve concerns as needed
- Follow and comply with all applicable procedures and regulations, including Weights and Measures, FDA, health and sanitation, Department of Labor, ADA, HAACP, OSHA and safe work practices.
- Sanitize all equipment in a safe and proper manner
- Report equipment issues to Store Leadership
- Keep all cases and shelves clean, well-stocked and properly rotated
- Uses suggestive selling techniques to maximize sales
- Performs other duties as assigned by Store Leadership

Qualifications
- 2+ years or more experience in a produce department
- Guest Service focused
- Knowledge of department product, food preparation and equipment used preferred.
