About the Role:
Brubella Incorporated is looking for a reliable and motivated Produce Delivery Driver to join our team in Freehold, NJ. In this role, you'll be the face of our company — ensuring fresh, quality produce reaches our customers safely and on time.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport fresh produce to customers on assigned routes
- Load and unload produce shipments, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage
- Verify delivery accuracy by checking orders against invoices and manifests
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked delivery vehicle
- Build positive relationships with customers through professional and courteous service
- Adhere to all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety policies
- Report vehicle maintenance needs and complete pre/post-trip inspections
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Prior experience in delivery driving, logistics, or food distribution preferred
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet delivery deadlines
- Familiarity with local routes in and around Freehold, NJ is a plus
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work early morning hours
- Basic math skills for verifying orders and handling delivery documentation
What We Offer
- $18.00 per hour
- Stable, consistent schedule (approximately 35 hours per week)
- W-2 position — no cash or off-the-books work
- 401(k) plan
Schedule
- Start at 5:30 AM and finish around 12:00 PM
- Approximately 35 hours per week
- One weekend day required (Saturday or Sunday)
