    About the Role:

    As a CBRE Procurement Sr. Associate (Buyer), you will provide advanced support to the Procurement and Sourcing Team on various initiatives including database development and management, document administration, and client reporting.

    This job is part of the Procurement function. They are responsible for sourcing and purchasing goods, services, or raw materials from vendors and suppliers.

    What You'll Do:

    • Oversee the tracking and organization of various vendor documents.
    • Review supplier pricing and specifications to ensure alignment with corporate guidelines. Complete the paperwork necessary for the acquisition of materials and services.
    • Confirm that delivered materials arrived on time and meet the required standards.
    • Point of contact for internal customer escalations, concerns, and troubleshooting.
    • Present research findings to management for review.
    • Resolve complex problems and identify appropriate approaches to existing solutions to accomplish team objectives.
    • May establish new techniques to ensure the team is able to meet its objectives.
    • Has a direct impact on the team objectives as well as the objectives of related teams.
    • Ensure personal and team outcomes have a positive impact on customer objectives.
    • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Guide team through the application of basic knowledge of practices and procedures. Work to build consensus.

    What You'll Need:

    • High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of job-related experience.
    • In-depth understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function and basic knowledge of related job functions required.
    • Requires the ability to explain complex concepts or sensitive information.
    • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
    • Excellent organizational skills with a master-level inquisitive mindset.
    • Exceptional math skills. Ability to calculate sophisticated figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.

    • CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Procurement Sr Associate position is $60,000.00 and the maximum salary for the position is $72,000.00. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
