The ideal candidate will have strong procurement or supply chain experience and be comfortable managing multiple priorities while working closely with internal teams and suppliers. Key Requirements:

• Associate degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field highly preferred.
• 3+ years of procurement or supply chain experience, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
• Experience developing and implementing strategic sourcing strategies for MRO.
• Experience executing RFPs and RFQs.
• Experience with contract negotiation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and results-driven.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud/EBS, JD Edwards, or Glovia is preferred.

Shifts:

• Monday–Friday
• 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
• Work Arrangement: 100% on-site for the first 30–60 days; hybrid schedule may be available after training based on performance.
