Description

  • Manage the end-to-end procurement process to support corporate operations.
  • Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors to achieve favorable outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to forecast procurement needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

Profile

  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • Experience with procurement processes across direct or indirect spend.
  • Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
  • Ability to execute on tactical spend duties while managing strategic project bids + initiatives.
  • Ability to analyze data and make cost-effective purchasing decisions.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and tools - ERP, P2P, Project Management Software, etc.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
