    Location: 5965 Core Rd, STE 602/603, North Charleston, South Carolina 29406

    We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Specialist with to join our Accounting Charleston Team at Hendrick Automotive Group- The nation's largest privately held automotive group and a seventh-time #1 leader in U.S. online reputation!

    As a Procurement Specialist you will be responsible for stocking in cars for new, preowned and dealer trades.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities may include the following:

    • Processes bills for vehicle purchases
    • Posts to the general ledger vehicle purchases
    • Verifies that payments are processed for vehicle purchases and transfers
    • Maintains CSI at or above Company standards
    • Maintains an organized, clean and safe work area
    • Participates in required training
    • Records all hours worked accurately in company timekeeping system
    • Follows Safeguards rules and regulations.
    • Demonstrates the Company's Core Values
    • Complies with Company policies and procedures
    • Observes all Federal, State, Local and Company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    What We're Looking for:

    • Associate degree preferred (or equivalent training and experience)
    • We value the right combination of education and hands-on experience
    • Up to 3 years of relevant experience, ideally in a business environment
    • Billing, dealership experience or DMV experience in a fast-paced setting is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person
    • Strong organizational skills are essential-you'll be juggling multiple priorities
    • Notary Public certification (or willingness to obtain)
    • Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
    • Eager to learn our dealership management system and other specialized software-we'll provide training!
    • This role requires reliable attendance and flexibility
    • Shifts may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
