What You’ll Do
- Manage purchasing activities, including sourcing, ordering, and tracking materials and supplies
- Research vendors, compare pricing, and negotiate costs and terms
- Create and manage purchase orders while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Monitor inventory levels and anticipate purchasing needs
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure materials and products are available when needed
- Review invoices, packing slips, and purchasing documentation for accuracy
- Maintain organized procurement records, vendor information, and pricing data
- Resolve purchasing, delivery, and vendor issues as they arise
- Assist with identifying cost-saving and process-improvement opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ years of purchasing, procurement, or supply chain experience preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
