Job DetailsKey Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute category sourcing strategies aligned with business and operational objectives.
- Analyze spend, market trends, supplier capabilities, and cost drivers to identify savings and risk reduction opportunities.
- Research, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers while supporting supplier qualification initiatives.
- Lead sourcing projects across multiple business units, ensuring alignment on timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.
- Manage competitive sourcing events including RFI, RFP, and RFQ processes.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and supplier terms to improve value and operational performance.
- Monitor supplier performance across cost, quality, delivery, innovation, and sustainability metrics.
- Conduct supplier business reviews and implement corrective action plans when needed.
- Partner with operations, engineering, finance, and leadership teams to translate business requirements into sourcing strategies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities for process optimization and digital procurement tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field.
- 7+ years of procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or purchasing experience.
- Experience developing and managing category strategies.
- Background leading cross-functional sourcing projects in a complex organization.
- Strong supplier relationship management experience, including supplier qualification and performance management.
- Experience conducting RFI, RFP, and RFQ processes.
- Proven contract negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
