Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• Develop, improve, and standardize procurement and sourcing documentation, templates, and processes.
• 
  
• Create and maintain RFP templates, supplier evaluation tools, and scoring criteria documentation.
• 
  
• Support sourcing initiatives through Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analyses and procurement-related reporting.
• 
  
• Organize and enhance sourcing workflows to improve efficiency, consistency, and compliance.
• 
  
• Track projects, maintain sourcing metrics, and provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• 
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support supplier selection and procurement best practices.
• 
  

Qualifications

• 
  
• Experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain functions, preferably within a large corporate environment.
• 
  
• Strong understanding of sourcing methodologies, supplier evaluation, and procurement best practices.
• 
  
• Demonstrated success improving processes, creating documentation, and implementing operational efficiencies.
• 
  
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• 
  
• Experience with SAP or another ERP system is a plus but not required.
