Description: In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Sourcing and contribute to large-scale planning related to Sourcing deliverables Review and analyze moderately complex Sourcing challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Sourcing deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements Collaborate with Client personnel in Sourcing Required Qualifications: 4+ years of Sourcing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education. Commercial Contract Negotiations: Strong ability to directly negotiate commercial pricing, complex service-level agreements (SLAs), and mitigation clauses with enterprise third-party vendors.

Core Responsibilities

• End-to-End Contract Management: Extensive experience across the entire contract lifecycle, including comprehensive contract drafting, rigorous contract review, legal/risk analysis, and structured contract execution.
• Strategic Sourcing & Procurement: Proven track record in vendor procurement, strategic sourcing, supplier onboarding, and managing full-cycle Request for Proposal (RFP) initiatives.
• Commercial Contract Negotiations: Strong ability to directly negotiate commercial pricing, complex service-level agreements (SLAs), and mitigation clauses with enterprise third-party vendors.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills required to consult with internal lines of business and present complex contract terms to stakeholders.
• Highly "software savvy" with a solid understanding of utilizing enterprise sourcing and productivity tools to track contract hygiene and maintain audit-ready documentation.
