Procurement Production Director

• We are seeking a Director, Procurement Production to support procurement across active and upcoming film, TV, media, entertainment, or live-event productions.
• This is a senior, executive-facing role requiring Director-level production experience, strong procurement expertise, and the ability to work independently with SVP-level stakeholders.

• Director-level experience in production procurement, production operations, sourcing, supply chain, or vendor management.
• 10+ years of relevant experience; fewer years may be considered with strong Director-level production experience.
• Experience supporting film, TV, studio, media, entertainment, live events, or similar project-based environments.
• Proven experience working with SVP-level/senior executives.
• Strong vendor management, sourcing, negotiation, and procurement experience.
• Strong Excel/data analytics, dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting experience.
• Experience with Asana or similar project/workflow tools; Oracle Fusion preferred.
• Strong process improvement and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's/MBA preferred.
• Prior entertainment/brodcasting/media/online shows experience is a strong plus.

• Lead production procurement operations, governance, and operating cadences.
• Manage sourcing, vendor negotiations, procurement workflows, and production priorities.
• Partner directly with senior production executives and cross-functional leaders.
• Build procurement dashboards, KPIs, analytics, and executive reporting.
• Manage procurement initiatives and workflows using Asana.
• Identify process improvements and drive issues, follow-ups, and priorities to closure.
