Procurement & Materials Manager

Pro Plus Roofing is seeking a Procurement & Materials Manager to oversee purchasing, supplier relationships, and material coordination for our roofing and construction projects.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing purchasing activities while ensuring materials are available on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Manage purchasing of roofing materials, equipment, and supplies.

• Negotiate pricing and maintain supplier relationships.

• Coordinate material deliveries with project teams.

• Monitor inventory levels and purchasing budgets.

• Maintain purchase orders and procurement records.

• Evaluate supplier performance and resolve delivery issues.

• Identify opportunities to improve purchasing efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.

• 3–5 years of procurement, purchasing, or supply chain experience.

• Experience in construction or building materials preferred.

• Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
