Responsible for execution of strategic Procurement and category management activities for Enterprise Supply Chain. As a part of RLC's Strategic Sourcing practice, the Manager will lead in facilitating requirements gathering, conducting research and data analysis to facilitate the implementation of value creation opportunities. Manager interacts and works closely with project teams and manages a dedicated procurement team in day-to-day activities for assigned projects and initiatives. Reports to the North America Procurement Lead.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain category strategies for Supply Chain/Logistics in partnership with business stakeholders and Procurement leadership.
• Build and manage a sourcing pipeline aligned to stakeholder priorities, spend opportunity, risk, and business impact.
• Lead RFx events, supplier negotiations, commercial evaluations, and contracting activities in partnership with Legal and business stakeholders.
• Partner with FP&A to support savings validation, reporting, and financial capture.
• Manage supplier relationships, performance reviews, and continuous improvement opportunities across assigned categories.
• Coordinate, coach, and help prioritize work for procurement team members supporting assigned categories.
• Provide clear visibility to project status, savings delivery, risks, and key decision points.
• Support broader Global Procurement initiatives, including spend analytics, policy compliance, reporting, supplier management, and process improvement.

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

Required

• 5+ years of procurement, strategic sourcing, category management, or related experience.
• 2-4+ years of experience in supply chain and logistics.
• Experience supporting or leading RFx events, supplier negotiations, and contract development.
• Strong analytical, financial, and commercial skills, including spend analysis, savings tracking, and business case support.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills in a cross-functional environment.
• Experience coaching, guiding, or supporting procurement team members or project workstreams.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Preferred

• Experience with packaging procurement, packaging supply chain, or P&D-related sourcing.
• Experience with supply chain technology, transportation, visibility, planning, inventory, or supplier collaboration platforms.
• SAP, Ariba, Scout/Workday, or other sourcing/ERP platform experience.
• APICS, CPIM, NAPM, CPSM, or related certification.
• Experience using AI tools to support sourcing, analytics, or productivity.
